I am interested in treating gender-affirming hormone therapy population because I feel that there is a need for more providers to show interest in this population and support their decisions. I feel that I have the ability to provide them care that is non-bias and be a support for them during their transition. I feel that this is important for the patient, to have a medical provider to treat them with respect and support the choices they have made for their own life.
