Board Certified, Primary Care, 19 years of experience
Tell us what makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider. Healthcare is unique because you get to work with people when they are in their most vulnerable state. Actively listening to a patient allows them to feel more comfortable, which is necessary to begin their health journey. In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs? The primary care provider should be a patient's first point of contact when it comes to their mental and physical health. This should be a partnership between the patient and their provider. Consistency allows patients to be more comfortable with their provider, which in turn can lead to improved health-related outcomes. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? I have been a Physician Assistant for over 18 years and have taken care of newborn through geriatric patients. I have always known that I wanted to work in medicine, and I love to help people feel their best, both mentally and physically. When not working with patients, I spend most of my time with my family and driving to and watching sporting events, particularly baseball, softball, and swimming. In my spare time I love to exercise, especially swimming and weightlifting. I also enjoy reading and traveling.

  • Initial intake appointment is 30 minutes, includes ADHD assessment

  • 2nd appointment: 20 mins, includes ADHD assessment part 2

  • For starting treatment that includes a controlled substance as part of your treatment plan, we require proof of an Annual Wellness Exam (AWE) within the last year, or one performed with Circle Medical, before starting a treatment plan

  • We do this in order to ensure we have a full picture of the health and wellbeing of our patients

  • We are not able to see or treat patients under the age of 18

  • You may submit any previous ADHD and AWE records prior to your appointment for your provider to review

Costs:

  • Costs may vary widely based on your particular insurance plan

We are trusted by over 50,000 patients every month. Here's what they have to say.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, everyone I have spoke has gone above and beyond to help me.

Bill

My provider was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and was super friendly. We found a course of treatment that has truly changed my life.

Rocco

Easy to book an appointment, my PCP is awesome! Fair pricing. I don’t have insurance and this really helps the underserved population that can’t afford big expensive medical bills.

Giancarlo

Very easy to use and great providers. Mine is very personable and helpful.

Jack

I was heard, not treated like I was a problem!!! Wasn’t rushed and was asked the right questions for what I have going on.

Adalynn

I recommend Circle Medical to everyone. Before it would take 6 months to make an appointment, then I'd have to take a day off work, it would take 4 hours to go through and see the doc. Between driving there, checking in, waiting in the big waiting room, then the small waiting room, seeing the MA then finally the doc, it would be a huge day-eating event. Circle Medical makes it so easy! I don't need to take a day off work, no waiting in waiting rooms, same day appointments, you can't beat it!

Rodolfo

Great, compassionate, professional provider. She honestly demonstrates that she cares about me. This is a lost art with other professionals I have seen.

Tatiana

They listen. I finally got put on meds that help.

Jonas

Great providers and awesome response team — even during after hours. Overall, Circle Medical is a wonderfully committed healthcare provider, that goes the extra mile for their patients.

Brayan

Because anytime I have had any issues the chat has gone far and beyond the expectations for customer service. The provider is always pleasant for me to talk to about what is going on. Circle Medical has also done just an amazing job of being easy to use.

Camille

Love the convenience and privacy!

Kim

My primary care provider is so nice and helpful. The system is very easy user friendly, and the prices are reasonable compared to many other companies.

Cadence

It was easy to navigate and I liked how the staff sent messages through the app to make sure I had all my documents uploaded.

Nathalie

Very good for transgender care, which is great because most telehealth does not do that, and ones specifically for trans care don't accept insurance. It is excellent that this does.

Makayla

The provider was extremely kind and thorough, the app is very easy to use, and I had no problems picking up my prescription.

Isaac

My provider is awesome. She is always on time and prepared for my appointments. She is patient, listens to my concerns, and provides excellent care. The app is super easy to use and helps me keep track of my appointments and medical history. Definitely recommend!

Brett

Circle Medical works around my crazy life. My meetings are fast but thorough and professional and with my insurance it's very affordable.

Ari

Easy to book an appointment, huge selection of days and times and you can use different providers. Everyone is helpful and respectful.

Alicia

Circle Medical has been great! They are cost-effective, efficient and get me the care I need with a busy schedule!

Walter

Circle Medical ADHD treatment has changed my life for the better in so many ways. I love the ease of not having to go to a Doctors office. I travel for work and my travels are sporadic so being able to take a video/zoom appointment wherever I am at is paramount. I never need to worry about when my appointment is as long as I have cell service. It's just incredible. Plus I ABSOLUTELY love my provider. He is just awesome. I could go on and on about him.

Isabella

It's very convenient and really knowledgeable staff.

Lissie

The process was quick and very efficient. The provider was very knowledgeable and I could tell that she really cared.

Bernard

The process to schedule was easy, appointments were available quickly, and the practitioner was thorough, friendly, professional, and compassionate.

Xiomara

Quick and easy especially if you're super busy with life and work to make a appointment to go some where and see a provider... this is a life changer for me.

Armando

Very understanding and eager to help with you mental and physical wellbeing.

Kay

Easy process, excellent providers and a phenomenal app experience.

Nick

Circle Medical makes getting medical services easy and convenient. Also, their customer service has been great all around. When issues with medication come up with the pharmacy, Circle Medical personnel have quickly resolved the issues.

Hannah

The providers are very caring and patient people. I appreciate their warm welcome and how they really care about the people they are helping.

Gabrielle

There was no waiting list. They accept a wide variety of insurance. I felt like I was heard and the provider was very non-judgmental.

Krish

Because they get right to the main issues. Most doctors I have seen go through a trial and error diagnosis that goes on for a year or more.

Marlee

I found an amazing provider who has helped me more in the last few months than a team of specialists over the course of nearly a decade of care.

Valentin

Very good experience so far. My provider has been very wonderful -- very attentive and easy to talk to.

Joshua

This was super easy to use and understand I could do this in the comfort of my own home. I am very happy with the change that is coming in my life because of Circle Medical.

Kelly

Access is convenient, and good experience with clinician.

Samantha

Circle Medical is super-convenient, respectful of your time, and far superior to long waits and far-off scheduling with in-person doctors. I am super glad I discovered this.

Terrell

Quick, knowledgeable, and professional service. Easy to use and much, much faster than in person visits.

Patrick

Provider is amazing and so are the staff coordinators.

Riley

Finding a good and reliable remote healthcare provider to diagnose and treat ADHD is extremely difficult. Circle Medical has made this process easy for me and I am thankful I chose Circle Medical.

Sarah

It’s just easy for a working mom in between calls when I have about 20 mins or so to actually care for myself and my health right from home.

Jess

Ease of care, excellent provider who listened to my concerns, video apts from home on the weekend which makes it so much easier to have an appointment.
