Positive change starts with just one appointment.
Tens of millions of Americans struggle with their mental health. Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD are some of the most common mental health conditions in the US. Nearly 2 out of 3 sufferers don't seek treatment, fearing the cost, the complexity of finding a specialist, or due to the stigmatization of these issues.
The good news is that these conditions can be effectively diagnosed, managed, and treated by Circle Medical primary care providers in a compassionate environment from the comfort of your own home.
Your journey with your provider will start with getting a compassionate, accurate diagnosis, which can be done in as little as 1-2 sessions, all from the privacy of your own home.
Once your provider has worked with you to come to an accurate diagnosis, you will discuss treatment options and develop a personalized treatment plan that will enable you to effectively manage your symptoms.
Because we put the health and safety of our patients first, you will need to receive an Annual Wellness Exam (100% covered by most insurance plans), or submit the results of one from within the last year within 30 days of your first appointment.
Therapy referrals are also available everywhere we operate.
We hope to speak with you soon and help you on your journey in health.

No Psychiatrist Necessary.
Did you know? All of the board-certified primary care providers at Circle Medical are able to diagnose and treat common mental health conditions, including Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD, and usually for a significantly lower cost than seeing a mental health specialist such as a psychiatrist.
A psychiatrist is not required in order for you to receive an accurate diagnosis, or to receive treatment if it is determined to be medically appropriate.
In the event your provider determines that you may have a condition that is more appropriately diagnosed and managed by a psychiatrist, your provider will provide psychiatry resources. Additionally, Circle Medical is able to offer therapy referrals in all the locations where we offer care.

Why is mental health important?
Mental health is an essential part of healthcare. Just as you take care of your physical health, you should also make sure your mental health is prioritized. Prioritizing your mental health can help you manage stress, understand your emotions, maintain relationships, and improve your overall quality of life. Additionally, poor mental health can often lead to physical health issues, such as lack of sleep. In short, mental health should be part of any holistic healthcare plan.
Common mental health issues and illnesses
Mental health issues and illnesses are diverse and can impact anyone, regardless of your age, background, or lifestyle. While there are too many mental health issues and conditions to list, here are some that are commonly diagnosed:
- Mood disorders - Mood disorders such as depression can affect mood, energy, and ability to function. Depression is often characterized by prolonged and intense feelings of sadness, loss of interest, or hopelessness.
- Anxiety disorders like panic disorder or generalized anxiety disorder can cause feelings of persistent fear and worry. This can impact someone's happiness and daily life.
How to get a diagnosis online
If you are concerned about your mental health, it's a good idea to reach out to a healthcare provider. If you're uncomfortable with making an in-person appointment, modern technology has made it much simpler to get mental health diagnoses and treatment online. Diagnosis typically involves questions about your health history, an overall health assessment, and talking about the symptoms you're experiencing. Sometimes, your provider may recommend additional testing if they suspect other health conditions. If you're interested in online care, Circle Medical is a full-stack primary care clinic where you can connect with an online healthcare provider.
