What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider? I am passionate about helping people feel comfortable in uncomfortable situations. I have been given the amazing opportunity and responsibility to help people, and I take that very seriously. Most of all, I like to establish a real connection with my patients and treat them with compassion and empathy. In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs? The primary care provider must see the patient as a whole individual rather than some symptoms and diagnoses. The role of the provider is to take into account the physical and mental health of the patient and have a well-rounded approach to help keep the patient healthy in all aspects. Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time? I am a mother of two little children. I love making cake pops and doing fun art projects. I also enjoy educating about pediatrics and breastfeeding on social media.

Details:

  • Initial intake appointment is 30 minutes, includes ADHD assessment

  • 2nd appointment: 20 mins, includes ADHD assessment part 2

  • For starting treatment that includes a controlled substance as part of your treatment plan, we require proof of an Annual Wellness Exam (AWE) within the last year, or one performed with Circle Medical, before starting a treatment plan

  • We do this in order to ensure we have a full picture of the health and wellbeing of our patients

  • We are not able to see or treat patients under the age of 18

  • You may submit any previous ADHD and AWE records prior to your appointment for your provider to review

Costs:

  • Costs may vary widely based on your particular insurance plan

I have been extremely happy with the entire staff, always so willing to help me in any way from appointments to assistance with insurance. I have already suggested Circle Medical to my sister, who struggles with many of the same issues that I do.

Rhianna

The providers are very knowledgeable, friendly and available. I’ve met with multiple providers, never had any issues.

Xavier

Easy to connect with a medical professional and excellent communication from the patient coordinators.

Nehemiah

ADHD assessment was tailored to adult women. The expert gave nuanced additions and clarification to questions or statements. I feel much better equipped to handle life and am making progress in ways that seemed impossible before.

Simone

Such a convenient and easy process. Customer support is also great.

Cameron

I work all day and I have to take time off of work to visit the doctor. This is so much more convenient.

Rooker

Very easy to communicate with everyone through the app and fast responses from them as well.

Trig

My provider is very understanding and non-judgemental. She shows care for her patients. And I appreciate the convenience of being able to speak to a provider on telehealth.

Heidi

I appreciate how simple it is to connect with a provider. Mine has been a pleasure to work with and she has met all of my needs. I’m so glad I found Circle Medical.

Aaron

It’s very easy to use and my practitioner is very attentive, responsive, and easy to talk to.

Corey

My provider was amazing. Very easy to talk to. The app was also really good.

Guillermo

The turnaround time to get an appointment and see a provider was so quick and easy; everything is setup with the neurodivergent brain in mind from the way the app is designed to appointment reminders and calendar syncing. My provider made me feel heard and she kept our appointment focused on the task at hand (so important for adhd minds!).

Brynlee

Circle Medical is a one stop shop for all my medical needs. No more waiting in a doctor's office for me!!

Ethan

The turnaround time to get an appointment and see a provider was so quick and easy; everything is setup with the neurodivergent brain in mind from the way the app is designed to appointment reminders and calendar syncing. My provider made me feel heard and she kept our appointment focused on the task at hand (so important for adhd minds!)

Jenna

Circle Medical is the future of primary care! I have had great experiences with all of the providers I have seen, and I appreciate the convenience of attending appointments with the app. It is confidence-inspiring to be able to talk about sensitive medical issues from home or anywhere else. Love the speed and ease of booking appointments.

Jordon

It’s just easy for a working mom in between calls when I have about 20 mins or so to actually care for myself and my health right from home.

Jess

I have sent this app to three of my friends who were having issues with a competitor and they switched and haven't look back. The amount of appointments, the ability to choose your provider and the range of the appointments available in one app.

Raven

This app is a perfect way for people who have adhd and anxiety and anything similar. It is insanely difficult for me to get myself to the doctor with kids, as well. This has helped so much and helped me get the treatment I desperately need in the comfort of my own home. I recommend it to everyone.

Aaden

I referred a friend just yesterday. The reason why is I went through 5 other similar companies before I found this one that checks every box plus extra credit.

Rayan

I've never had such immediate access to high quality medical care. It's wonderful.

Mel

This system, the efficiency, and care behind it is the best that I have come across. I have been uncomfortable addressing issues like ADD and ADHD as an adult, so I put this off for years. My provider has already helped in 2 sessions. I have to say, I am already feeling better simply taking the initial steps. A big thanks to this team!

Shane

My provider is amazing! She is the first person that I felt like has listened to me and tried to help. I recommend to everyone.

Kit

This is convenient. The providers that I have interacted with have been, helpful, patient and kind. I feel like a priority with Circle Medical.

Brittany

Easy and convenient, providers have great personalities. First time I actually felt listened to and heard.

Devin

They are quick, professional, and responsive by app. They also take my insurance — what more can I ask for?

Sharon

Easy to get appointments, provider is kind, very helpful and is committed to helping me. This app was there when my doctors ignored me for YEARS.

Ashley

Great service, always gets the results you want and need, full team always ready to answer your questions in-depth. The willingness to just help is truly amazing.

Leticia

I was able to locate a provider to help me with my needs within 24 hours even though I’ve been trying to find a one locally, I was unable to receive help for months until I stumbled on Circle Medical. They were helpful and nice.

Kareem

The entire process is fast and easy. My provider is competent, reliable, caring, and friendly. Billing and service team are always highly responsive and helpful. Perfect.

Pierce

ADHD assessment was tailored to adult women, the expert gave nuanced additions and clarification to questions or statements. I feel much better-equipped to handle life and am making progress in ways that seemed impossible before.

Chandra

Easy to book an appointment, my PCP is awesome! Fair pricing. I don’t have insurance and this really helps the underserved population that can’t afford big expensive medical bills.

Giancarlo

I am very happy with my treatment and my provider has been really great and helpful. I came to Circle from Done, and Circle is far better at patient follow-up and working with me so that I can manage my ADHD in the best way possible. Also, I am very happy with the communication with Circle Medical.

Deanna

Providers are really engaged and show lots of interest on helping me get on track with any issues.

Pablo

Circle Medical has been great. I work in the digital health space and there are so many companies with poorly designed telehealth platforms that are staffed by unreliable providers. Circle's platform is so easy to use, the providers are kind and reliable, the support is responsive.

Jace

It works, is easy to use, I think the app is very good. I appreciated the several reminders for my first phone call, and I felt that my provider was very professional. She explains things well, and I feel cared for.

Katie

I absolutely love my provider. She spends quality time listening to me. It’s rare these days that a doctor is willing to SEE you, and I don’t mean see you as in pop in for an appointment and push you out the door. She is an active listener and sees that I want to change my life. She’s helping me do that!

Lana

Easy to book an appointment, huge selection of days and times and you can use different providers. Everyone is helpful and respectful.

Alicia

The whole experience has been fantastic.

Jade

It has been fast and easy. The clinicians are great and I found my primary care through this. I love how they are even knowledgeable about LGBTQ+ stuff which is exactly what I've been looking for

Briggs

I’m a busy working parent. I love that I was able to get an appointment quickly with availability in the evening hours. The NP who evaluated me was thorough on intake/history and I was able to get much needed care. I’m excited that they will be able to provide my primary, preventative care too!
