It was a very easy process and everything is a touch away, the doctor I was paired up with is very informative, easy going, and upbeat. It's quick and easy, the only note is that video calls are required; I'm just very self-conscious and hate being on camera alongside difficulties speaking freely due to developed selective mutism. It can be tough to work myself up enough to do not just a phone call but a video call at the same time.
