It’s extremely important to be on time for appointments. Not only will late arrivals tie up the providers time and potentially result in a late start for the next patient, but you will also incur the $50 no show fee if you show up more than 10 minutes after the appointment has started.
How it works
Book an appointment with one of our 70+ qualified providers.
Download the app on Android or iOS and log in with the email you used to book your appointment. You will be prompted to create a password to secure your account.
During check in, you will be asked to activate push notifications and calendar integrations. We highly recommend that you enable both to give you the best possible chance of attending your appointment on time.
You will receive notifications within 24 hours of your appointment starting. Make sure you have your phone’s sound turned on so you are aware of the notifications!

Important note
As previously stated, if you show up to your appointment later than 10 minutes after it starts, you will be charged a $50 non-refundable no show fee. This fee also applies if you cancel your appointment within 4 hours of it starting.
