From the Building Lobby

Enter the building through the entry offset from the sidewalk, past the podiatry office. Walk past the desk after checking in with the receptionist and go left to the elevator bank. Go to floor 3 and continue left down the hallway (only one way to go) until reaching suite 303 on the left.

Patient Check-in Instructions

Please check in at the front desk with the receptionist or scan the available QR code to check yourself in. Once your check-in is complete, have a seat in the waiting area till your provider comes to get you.
