Please note: Documentation of an annual physical exam, from within the past 12 months, is required prior to starting treatment for ADHD.
If you have not had an annual physical within the last year, your Circle Medical provider is happy to offer this exam on our platform.
We do this because we always put our patients' health first — we want to ensure we are taking your full health picture into account before
creating a treatment plan.

Appointment 3: Complete Diagnostic Assessment & Treatment plan
Your provider will complete the ADHD diagnostic assessment and, if diagnosed, will discuss your treatment plan with you.
If a prescription is deemed medically appropriate, your provider will review all necessary information on medication options.
You will discuss a follow-up treatment plan, which will start with a 2-week follow-up to adjust treatment, and progress to
monthly follow-ups depending on your treatment plan.
Your provider is able to send medically-indicated prescriptions to your preferred local pharmacy if appropriate,
and we will alert you in the app when the medication has been sent successfully to your preferred pharmacy.
This can take up to 24 hours after your appointment.
- Complete diagnostic assessment
- Review Treatment Plan
- Schedule follow-up

Controlled substance prescriptions are highly regulated by the federal government. Due to nationwide stock issues and increased demand for ADHD medications, the availability of medications could be limited at your chosen pharmacy. It is important to realize if you request another pharmacy, due to federal and state regulatory compliance, that new pharmacy will require a new prescription and it must be prescribed by the clinician who saw you at your last appointment.
- $120 cash pay
- $40 avg copay for insured patients*
