Circle Medical is proud to offer Myriad Genetics MyRisk with RiskScore at-home
genetic testing.
The MyRisk with RiskScore genetic test, which can be completed at home using a
saliva sample, evaluates 48 genes to help providers and patients understand their
risk of developing 11 types of hereditary cancer, including breast cancer.
Eligible patients will be provided with a RiskScore which gives a personalized
estimate of their five-year and remaining lifetime risk for developing breast cancer,
guiding more confident decisions in managing their breast cancer risk.
MyRisk with RiskScore provides patients and providers with personalized guidance
on how to reduce the risk of developing cancer, and how to take steps to detect
it earlier.

Appointment Details and Costs
- Appointment is up to 20 mins
- We recommend completing and sending back the test in 30 days or sooner
- You can mail back the test in an included pre-paid envelope
- Your provider will be given the results of your test in 2 weeks or less
- You will have a follow-up appointment after the results are received to review them with your provider and discuss next step

- Costs may vary widely based on your particular insurance plan
- Your cost for hereditary cancer testing depends on several factors, including your insurance plan, your remaining deductible and your eligibility for financial assistance.
- All billing and coverage for genetic testing is completed by Myriad genetics, or the genetic testing company. Circle Medical is not responsible for insurance coverage or costs of genetic testing.

How do I know how much my specific appointment will cost?
When do I get charged for my appointment?
For those without insurance (or with out of network insurance), we will send you the invoice 1-2 days after your appointment is completed. You can then opt to pay through the app, or we will automatically charge the payment card on file after 48 hours of sending you the invoice.

We do not accept Medicaid or Medi-Cal at this time.

What is the total cost of diagnosis and treatment?
If you are on an HDHP and have confirmed your insurance information in our mobile app, your remaining deductible for the year will be displayed on the “Book Appointment” page. Note that this amount may be outdated if you have had recent insurance claims processed.
