The provider made appointments comfortable to talk and discuss my problems. It is easy to schedule and have access to messaging. Very affordable compared to other facilities I have looked into.

Great group of providers. They have been great and quick to answer. I love the fact that in today's world we can do this on the phone. It’s convenient for everyone.

So far I've had same day or next day appointment scheduling. Questions are answered same day or next day. The patient care coordinators and the providers have given me the most respectful, professional and attentive care I have ever received. Well run organization. 5 stars.

It is so convenient to be able to get medical care from home via the telehealth system. The ease and quick turnaround for an appointment is addressing a dire strain on the current infrastructure of healthcare (one of which they refuse to address). My provider was also unlike any healthcare provider that I’ve met. She was nonjudgmental, kind, and not only advocated for informed consent, but her actions aligned with it. Very good for transgender care, which is great because most telehealth does not do that, and ones specifically for trans care don't accept insurance. It is excellent that this does.
